been the executive director of the engineering company iC consulenten Ukraine, which is part of the Austrian iC group. iC works in many infrastructure sectors, but its main focus in Ukraine is technical consulting in internationally funded projects, mainly related to sustainable development, renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, and transport and municipal infrastructure.\r\nIts areas of activity include infrastructure restoration, thermal modernisation of public buildings and housing construction, certification of buildings according to green standards, renewable energy sources, hazardous waste management, and technical supervision of bridge and road construction.\r\nFrom 2009 to 2013, Olena served as director of the European-Ukrainian Energy Agency (EUEA). Since 2013, Olena has been a member of the EUEA Board and continues to work actively to create conditions for increasing the investment attractiveness of energy markets and sustainable development. Olena is currently co-chair of the working group on energy efficiency and sustainable development, and hosts the EUEA.Dialogues video podcast.\r\nMs. Rybak holds an MBA in Energy Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Executive Academy) and a degree in Business Management from the International Christian University in She was an advisor to the Minister of Economy and actively participated in reforms. As a volunteer, she is involved in educational and charitable projects within the Cambridge Community of Ukraine. Her areas of activity include infrastructure restoration, thermal modernisation of municipal buildings and housing construction, certification of buildings according to green standards, renewable energy sources, hazardous waste management, and technical supervision of bridge and road construction.\r\nFrom 2009 to 2013, Olena worked as director of the European-Ukrainian Energy Agency (EUEA). in investment and corporate banking, public administration, and management consulting.\r\nFrom 2010 to 2012, he led the reform of state-owned enterprises in Lithuania.\r\nIn 2012\u20132013, he served as a Board Member of the Lithuanian State Property Fund and as Chairman of the country\u2019s largest energy holding, UAB VAE Lithuania.\r\nFrom 2015 to 2016, he was Senior Advisor to the Minister of Economy of Ukraine, and from 2017 to 2020, Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine. Between 2018 and 2019, he also served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Ukraine\u2019s Gas Transmission System Operator and as a member of the Supervisory Board of Ukrainian Railways.\r\nHe joined MHP in 2020. In 2023, he became Head of MHP Verdant, and since 2024, he has held the position of Deputy CEO for Bioenergy at MHP.\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul
