style=\"text-align: justify;\">The General Meeting is a yearly gathering of EUEA members during which all affairs concerning the Association are decided upon and its strategic direction for the coming Vice-chairman<\/li>\n<li>the adoption of the budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Board is the main managing body of the Association and is elected once per year during the General Meeting by Regular Members (i.e.: Members with voting rights).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Board represents EUEA interests in relation to its associated international 25 years. Starting out in ABB Group\u2019s Energy Ventures he moved into wind power as an investor and advisor focusing on non-recourse financing and project development. He established Ukraine\u2019s second largest wind power IPP with more than 200 MW wind power in operation. In the past years, he has advised companies such as Scatec Solar and ABB concerning acquisitions in the renewable energy sector. Presently, he is the CFO for the Swiss wind and solar power plant developer and operator Fu Gen AG.
