The Memorandum was signed by Ukraine&#8217;s National Agency for the Efficient Use of Energy Resources head Mr Serhiy Yermilov and the Austrian Energy Agency (AEA) Deputy Director Mr Herbert Lechner<\/p>\n<p>The memorandum outlines the framework and key priorities for the development of cooperation between the two country&#8217;s energy agencies. In particular, the agencies agreed to open educational centers for training managers and experts in the field of energy conservation and energy efficiency. According to Yermilov, Ukraine is to host 27 such centers.
