For more details refer to the<a href=\"http:\/\/zakon4.rada.gov.ua\/laws\/show\/5485-17\"> text of the law<\/a> (available in Ukrainian).<\/p>\n<p>To get the &#8220;green&#8221; tariff, the producers of alternative energy will have to fulfill a number of conditions, where the main concern is the rule of &#8220;local content&#8221; (meaning the use of local services and domestically produced components while building power plants). For wind, solar and biomass power plants, the construction of which commenced after January 1, 2012 and brought into service after 1 July 2013, the proportion of local components and labor should be 30% and 50% &#8211; for those, put into operation after July 1, 2014.
