The text of the relevant Directive of June 19, 2013 \u2116 429-p &#8220;On approval of action plans for the implementation of Directive 2001\/77\/EC and Directive 2003\/30\/EC&#8221; is available <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kmu.gov.ua\/control\/uk\/cardnpd\">HERE<\/a> in Ukrainian.<\/p>\n<p>The authorities responsible for the implementation of the action plans (Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, Ministry of Economic Development, and NERC) should report on the progress quarterly to the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving so they would be able to inform the Secretariat of the Energy Community on the status of implementation of mentioned directives.<\/p>\n<p>They (including State Agency on EE and Energy Saving) are also responsible for drafting a legal mechanism by December 31, 2013 for the establishment of national indicative targets 2023 for the electric energy consumption, produced from renewable energy sources.<\/p>\n<p>Also July 1, 2013 is a deadline for submission of the legal act draft on the establishment of procedures outlining the processes of issuance, use and termination of the electricity origin certificate for entities that produce electricity from renewable energy sources.<\/p>\n<p>Both Ministries were instructed to develop legal instrument defining the mechanism of costs distribution for technical enhancing of grids by 30 December 2013.
