{"id":17349,"date":"2013-07-01T12:41:21","date_gmt":"2013-07-01T09:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euea-energyagency.org\/english-category\/news\/market-news\/euea-seeks-new-director\/"},"modified":"2013-07-01T12:41:21","modified_gmt":"2013-07-01T09:41:21","slug":"euea-seeks-new-director","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euea-energyagency.org\/en\/news\/market-news\/euea-seeks-new-director\/","title":{"rendered":"EUEA seeks new Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-16669\" src=\"https:\/\/euea-energyagency.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/job_openings.png\" alt=\"job openings\"  height=\"140\" width=\"140\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span >EUEA is&nbsp;<\/span><span >&nbsp;currently looking for a motivated candidate to fulfil the position of <\/span><b >Director<\/b><span > of the Association.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span >The Director&rsquo;s key responsibilities are<\/span><\/strong><span >:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; General management of the organization;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Planning and carrying out yearly activities as well as other decisions convened by the General Meeting (Members) and the Board;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Monitoring of market developments within priority sectors;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Coordination of the activities of EUEA Working Groups;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Convening the message of EUEA to market stakeholders through media, conferences and other channels;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Regular interaction with Ukrainian state and local authorities, international development organizations, member companies and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Organization of events.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span >The successful candidates will comply with the following Criteria<\/span><\/strong><span >:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ukrainian citizen;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Have at least 5 years of working experience. 2 years in a relevant position of responsibility would be an advantage;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Excellent communication, PR, presentation and conflict resolution skills;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ability to maintain policy dialogue and coordinate communication within a broad cluster of stakeholders, including State institutions and International Donors community;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Experience in events organization and fund-raising;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Have an interest and understanding of energy markets in Ukraine with knowledge of energy efficiency and renewable energy and relevant stakeholders is an advantage;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian (both spoken and written);<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Established network of contacts within the relevant institutional \/ business community is an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If interested, send your CV together with Cover Letter in English to office@euea.wsp.pp.ua indicating salary expectations and availability to commence work.
