This is stated in a letter to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Among the key challenges identified are following: lack of domestic production of bioethanol for the implementation of the law on the mandatory use of bio-component and inflated price for bioethanol produced in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>As noted in a letter, by the end of 2013 GE Ukrspirt has not received requests from gasoline traiders for the supply of bioethanol and its components.
