Risks. Opportunities&#8221;. The event took place within <span ><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eusew.eu\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">European Sustainable Energy Week<\/a><\/strong><\/span><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;According to the National Action Plan on renewable energy, energy generation from RES should be increased in 5.5 times, including biomass &ndash; in 40 times. This ambitious goal requires, at the most conservative estimate, excluding renovation of district heating sector, 17 billion euros. It is necessary to create favorable conditions to attract such investments.
