One of the important initiatives under this instrument&nbsp;&#8211; the introduction and development of&nbsp;<strong>energy efficiency certificates<\/strong>. Thanks to the energy efficiency certification process, building owners will receive full information on energy consumption.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.minregion.gov.ua\/press\/news\/rozrobka-energetichnih-sertifikativ-budivel-dozvolit-ekonomiti-10-energoresursiv-v-ukrayini-shhorichno-partshaladze\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">More<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In June 2018, more than 300 housing cooperatives used<strong>&nbsp;&#8220;warm loans&#8221; in the amount of UAH 90 million<\/strong>, which is almost&nbsp;<strong>5 times higher&nbsp;<\/strong>than in June last year.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/saee.gov.ua\/uk\/news\/2462\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">More<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span ><strong>10. 07.2018<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>EIB allocates a sum worth 75 million euros<\/strong>&nbsp;for the financing of infrastructure projects related to urban road safety in five major &nbsp;Ukrainian cities (Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Dnipro and Kharkiv).These investments will also stimulate the transition to a more&nbsp;<strong>environmentally friendly public transport system<\/strong>.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu.gov.ua\/en\/news\/ukrayina-ta-yevropejskij-investicijnij-bank-pidpisali-ugodu-na-75-mln-yevro-dlya-pidvishennya-bezpeki-na-ukrayinskih-dorogah\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">More<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Legislative Decision of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU on the provision of Ukraine with the EU&#8217;s Fourth&nbsp;<strong>Microfinance Aid Scheme in the amount of 1 billion euro<\/strong>&nbsp;(MFD 4) came into force. In particular, the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the International Solidarity Fund and the National Energy Conservation Agency of Poland, is implementing a new project &#8220;Our Energy&#8221;, in which it is planned to evaluate the possibility of improving energy efficiency in the five united territorial communities of the Kharkiv region.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/saee.gov.ua\/uk\/news\/2463\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">More<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span >12. 07.2018<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Government approved the second list<strong>&nbsp;of investment programs and regional development projects<\/strong>&nbsp;financed by the State Fund for Regional Development in 2018. There are&nbsp;<strong>288 projects<\/strong>&nbsp;on UAH 1.8 billion. These funds will be used for the construction of kindergartens, schools, water supply and drainage facilities,&nbsp;<strong>thermo-modernization<\/strong>, etc.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu.gov.ua\/ua\/news\/gennadij-zubko-zatverdzheno-she-288-proektiv-regionalnogo-rozvitku-na-18-mlrd-griven\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">More<\/a><\/p>\n<p>State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine with partners will work on the launch of the&nbsp;<strong>market of green bonds<\/strong>&nbsp;in Ukraine.
