Auction is scheduled for <strong>the end of November 2018<\/strong>. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu.gov.ua\/ua\/news\/uryad-zatverdiv-umovi-prodazhu-derzhavnogo-paketa-akcij-centrenergo\">More<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu.gov.ua\/ua\/news\/uryad-zatverdiv-umovi-prodazhu-derzhavnogo-paketa-akcij-centrenergo\"><br \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On October 05, the <strong>NCREU<\/strong> approved the main regulatory acts that define the procedure and mechanism for <strong>the formation of tariffs for distribution and supply of electric energy<\/strong>. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nerc.gov.ua\/?news=8066\">More<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nerc.gov.ua\/?news=8066\"><br \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"capitalletter\">In the draft state <strong>budget for 2019<\/strong>, UAH <strong>2 billion <\/strong>has been set aside for<strong> energy efficiency<\/strong> (for the Energy Efficiency Fund -1.6 billion UAH and for &nbsp;the &#8220;warm loans&#8221; program &#8211; UAH 400 million). <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu.gov.ua\/ua\/news\/v-proekti-derzhavnogo-byudzhetu-na-2019-rik-zakladeno-2-mlrd-grn-na-energoefektivnist\">More<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu.gov.ua\/ua\/news\/v-proekti-derzhavnogo-byudzhetu-na-2019-rik-zakladeno-2-mlrd-grn-na-energoefektivnist\"><br \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On 11 October, <strong>EU4Energy<\/strong> launched a <strong>technical assistance project<\/strong> to assist Ukraine in the transposition of Regulation (EU) 347\/2013, which first of all aims to<strong> facilitate investments in energy infrastructure<\/strong>. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.energy-community.org\/news\/Energy-Community-News\/2018\/10\/12.html\">More<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ukrenergo <\/strong>has signed a memorandum of cooperation with <strong>the operator of the transmission system of France, RTE<\/strong> (Railroad Transport Power Generator) and its subsidiary RTE International. Together, the parties build t<strong>he first Energy storage and smart substations<\/strong> in Ukraine.<strong><a the <strong>technical regulation on ecodesign<\/strong> of energy products in accordance with the 125th EU Directive. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu.gov.ua\/ua\/news\/uryad-shvaliv-tehnichnij-reglament-shchodo-ekodizajnu-energospozhivchih-produktiv\">More<\/a><\/strong><a the UES of Ukraine for 2019<\/strong> is approved: electricity consumption is projected at the level of 153500 million kWh with a growth of 1.2% to 2018 year, electricity exports in the amount of 6420 million kWh, electricity production from <strong>renewable energy sources &#8211; 3,500 mln. kWh <a
