European-Ukrainian Energy Agency was held on the new Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Limited Liability Companies&#8221;, which fully comes into force on 17.06.2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >Maxim Lebedev, a member of the EUEA Board, GOLAW Corporate Law Practitioner, kindly made a presentation highlighting the major changes to the legislation that should be addressed, in particular: the introduction of information to the Statute; advice on the structure of the organization; new rules for shareholders; stories in payment of dividends; operations with affiliated persons; issues of liability and protection of companies from raider seizures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span >After the presentation, Maxim Lebedev and Taras Lytovchenko devoted time to the questions of the members of the European-Ukrainian
