EUEA is looking for its office – manager! You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, helping our team achieve operational excellence by creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication.<\/p>\n

Qualification:<\/p>\n

University degree with 1 year of working experience in a similar position; or final year student;<\/p>\n

Fluent in English and Ukrainian writing and speaking skills;<\/p>\n

Good communication and negotiation skills (both in Ukrainian and English);<\/p>\n

Knowledge of MS Office (including Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint) and Google docs;<\/p>\n

Organized, flexible, able to multitask;<\/p>\n

Attention to details and deadlines;<\/p>\n

Team player<\/p>\n

General tasks:<\/p>\n

Performing general office duties;<\/p>\n

Assisting with communication activities (newsletter, social media managing);<\/p>\n

Participating in organization and coordination of the events;<\/p>\n

Purchase office supplies; processing all invoices generated by repairs or purchases done for the office;<\/p>\n

Supporting the activities of the EUEA, drafting emails, minutes.<\/p>\n
