This mix of factors has caused unprecedented turbulence. But if you read most articles on the subject, the only and undeniable culprit is &#8216;green&#8217; energy, which currently occupies only about 5% of the generation &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Blaming someone alone is much easier than solving the problem comprehensively &#8211; restarting the electricity market, launching the market of ancillary services, creating real competition, setting adequate tariffs &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, the statement about &#8220;greedy investors&#8221; who came to the &#8220;highest green tariff in Europe&#8221; &#8220;went&#8221; so well to the Ukrainian energy community that under its cover the main problems may remain unresolved &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Global experience shows that Green Technologies are confidently moving towards becoming leaders in the global energy mix.
