The National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission were instructed on the inadmissibility of non-compliance with the decisions of the Anti-Crisis Staff and while the Energoatom \u2013 on the requirement to adhere to the approved forecast balance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The issues of the economic balance of the electricity market and issues of resolving the situation in the field of renewable energy were considered at the meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also, the Anti-Crisis Energy Staff drew the attention of MPs to a significant number of legislative initiatives that contain anti-crisis measures and are registered in the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat and proposed to speed up the consideration of such draft laws.<\/p>\n<p><em>Read more:<\/em> <em><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/2WJTYYV\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/2WJTYYV<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ministry of Energy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The first meeting of the Expert Council of the Minekoenergo took place<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the first meeting, the leadership of the council, working groups were elected and the priorities of its work were determined.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sergiy Chekh was elected Chairman of the Expert Council, Boris Kostyukovsky, Deputy Chairman, and Oleksandr Trokhimets as Secretary. First of all, this is due to the weakening of quarantine measures starting from May 11. certificates of compliance with requirements for ancillary services (AS) for its electrical units and from 18 May it can participate in Ukrenergo\u2019s auctions of AS procurement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nowadays, 10 power plants are the participants of the ancillary services market, 8 of which are HPPs being a part of PrJSC Ukrhydroenergo, Kurakhivska TPP of DTEK
