However unfortunately the amendment about +2 years for the Solar Projects, which had the reduction of 15% of FIT was not supported by the Parliament. Gerus&#8217; amendment 1203 was supported by Members of the Parliament in majority. This amendment touches partly the Stabilization clause in the Law &#8220;On the regime of foreign investment&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Summary of these and more other amendments prepared by IMEPOWER &#8211; EUEA Energy Adviser 2020, is attached: <a href=\"https:\/\/euea-energyagency.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Draft-Law-3658-Summary-Eng-v8.pdf\">Draft Law 3658 Summary Eng v8<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The good news are that the cut-off date for solar is extended by 31 October 2020, with the reduction of FIT by 2,5% and for solar projects it is possible to continue construction under Pre-PPAs from 01 November 2020 till 31 March 2021 with the FIT reduction 30%. The share of the annual quota for one\u00a0 beneficiary will stay the same as according to the current legislation = 25%.
