{"id":24527,"date":"2021-01-21T15:08:41","date_gmt":"2021-01-21T13:08:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euea-energyagency.org\/?p=24527"},"modified":"2021-01-21T15:08:41","modified_gmt":"2021-01-21T13:08:41","slug":"euea-uwea-and-uare-sent-a-joint-letter-to-the-president-of-ukraine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euea-energyagency.org\/en\/news\/market-news\/euea-uwea-and-uare-sent-a-joint-letter-to-the-president-of-ukraine\/","title":{"rendered":"EUEA, UWEA and UARE sent a joint letter to the President of Ukraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On January 20, the leading industry associations, namely EUEA, UWEA and UARE, sent a joint letter to the President of Ukraine regarding the recent decision of the NEURC on\u00a0the issuance of instructions to SE \u201cGuaranteed Buyer\u201d to send at least 50% of funds received from PJSC \u201cNEC UKRENERGO\u201d within the framework of loans provided by banks under state guarantees, to repay debts to NNEGC \u00abEnergoatom\u00bb, and not to RES producers. It was also noted that this text of the decision of the NEURC wasn\u2019t published on the Regulator&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p>In the letter, the associations said \u00ab that the instruction of the Regulator, regarding the distribution of credit funds received to pay debts to RES producers, in favor of another generation, further calls into question the implementation of the state&#8217;s obligations to investors in &#8220;green&#8221; energy.
