The associations requested, in accordance with current legislation, to ensure payment of 40% of the accumulated debt to electricity producers from RES for March-July 2020 in pursuance of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Government of Ukraine and industry associations on June 10, 2020. The letter was sent in connection with the instruction of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities (Regulator) of January 16, 2021 to send at least 50% of funds received from PJSC NPC Ukrenergo within the framework of loans provided by banks under state guarantees to repay debts to SE NNEGC &#8220;Energoatom&#8221;.
