{"id":26542,"date":"2021-08-12T15:39:00","date_gmt":"2021-08-12T12:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euea-energyagency.org\/?p=26542"},"modified":"2021-08-12T15:39:00","modified_gmt":"2021-08-12T12:39:00","slug":"position-of-the-leading-associations-in-the-res-sector-at-the-meeting-of-the-working-group-on-the-draft-law-5600-from-11-08-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euea-energyagency.org\/en\/news\/market-news\/position-of-the-leading-associations-in-the-res-sector-at-the-meeting-of-the-working-group-on-the-draft-law-5600-from-11-08-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Position of the leading associations in the RES sector at the meeting of the Working Group on the Draft Law \u21165600 from 11.08.2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday, August 11, 2021, a meeting of the Working Group on the Draft Law \u21165600 was held, chaired by the Chairman of the Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy Danylo Hetmantsev.<\/p>\n<p>Director of EUEA Oleksandra Gumeniuk and Chairman of UWEA Andriy Konechenkov expressed a common position against the abolition of the excise tax exemption for RES producers, provided for in Draft Law \u21165600, as this would actually mean a reduction of the &#8220;green&#8221; tariff, which already has happened last year. In addition, the introduction of excise tax will change the legislation in force on the date of entry into force of Law No. 810-IX and will violate the guarantees provided by the state in Article 9-4 of the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Alternative Energy Sources&#8221; and paragraph 22 of the Memorandum.
