Due to the introduction of the excise tax, Ukraine will lose face in the international arena as a country that supports the development of &#8220;green&#8221; energy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last year, a Memorandum was signed with the Government of Ukraine and industry associations. The government has pledged not to change the legislation in force as of last year. And what is happening now?
