was held.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"pq6dq46d tbxw36s4 knj5qynh kvgmc6g5 ditlmg2l oygrvhab nvdbi5me sf5mxxl7 gl3lb2sf hhz5lgdu\">I<\/span>n particular, Oleksandra Gumeniuk, EUEA Director, reviewed the European project &#8220;Smarter Finance for Families&#8221; and the main elements of green financing of housing &#8220;Residential Green Finance&#8221;, as well as presented the results of a survey on the combination of two government initiatives &#8220;Affordable Mortgage&#8221; and &#8220;European Green Deal\u00bb conducted by EUEA.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Valentyna Huch-Denysenko, Energy Efficiency Expert of the Reform Support Office at the Ministry of Community and Territory Development of Ukraine, reported on the state of affairs with the development and approval of building standards with nearly zero consumption.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Building Modelling and Green Certification Specialist, in \u0456C consulenten Ukraine &#8211; Iryna Sukhodub told about the green certification of buildings and why banks need it.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">At the end of the webinar, Andriy Hapon, Executive Director of the Business Development Fund presented the conditions, results and changes that are planned to be introduced in the state program &#8220;Affordable Mortgage 7%&#8221;.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">We agreed to work together with government and business representatives, as well as relevant stakeholders to promote and interest in the initiative to implement &#8220;green&#8221;
