Energy Association (UWEA), the Ukrainian\u00a0 Association of Renewable Energy (UARE), the Association of Solar Energy of Ukraine (ASEU), which together unite more than 90% of the market of renewable energy of Ukraine publishing this Statement regarding the following:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">First of all, we congratulate PJSC \u00abNPC \u00abUkrenergo\u00bb and the Government of Ukraine on the debut and largest issue of &#8220;green&#8221; Eurobonds by an issuer from Ukraine and express our sincere gratitude to the management and teams of PJSC \u00abNPC \u00abUkrenergo\u00bb, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Energy, NEURC for a large amount of preparatory work, which was successfully performed to organize the issuance of Eurobonds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to preserve the investment attractiveness of Ukraine, to prevent large-scale lawsuits against our state in international arbitration, the conviction that the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, NEURC together with PJSC \u00abNPC \u00abUkrenergo\u00bb and SE &#8220;Guaranteed Buyer\u00bb have to ensure the immediate direction of borrowed funds which arose under the contracts of purchase and sale of electricity at the \u00abfeed-in\u00bb tariff, concluded between the SE &#8220;Guaranteed Buyer&#8221; and RES producers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Therefore, today, November 9, 2021, we sent a joint letter to the Prime Minister of Ukraine regarding the ways of debt repayment, formed to the RES electricity producers in 2020-2021.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/euea-energyagency.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/09.11.2021-Lyst-Asotsiatsiy-z-VDE-shhodo-shlyahiv-pogashennya-zaborgovanosti-pered-vyrobnykamy-ee-z-VDE-u-2020-2021-rr.pdf\">09.11.2021 &#8211; \u041b\u0438\u0441\u0442 \u0410\u0441\u043e\u0446\u0456\u0430\u0446\u0456\u0438\u0306 \u0437 \u0412\u0414\u0415 \u0449\u043e\u0434\u043e \u0448\u043b\u044f\u0445\u0456\u0432
