?The Ministry of Energy has established a new procedure for the distribution of funds for RES electricity producers for the period of martial law, this is stated in the order of the Ministry of Energy \u2116206.<\/p>\n

According to the order, SE “Guaranteed Buyer” will distribute among electricity producers at a “green tariff” all the money received from the sale of electricity produced from alternative sources.<\/p>\n

In particular:<\/p>\n

1) for producers producing electricity from solar energy <\/b>– an amount equal to 18% <\/b>of the weighted average size of the “green” tariff for 2021 (previously – 15%);<\/p>\n

2) for producers producing electricity from wind energy <\/b>– an amount equal to the value of 18%<\/b> of the weighted average size of the “green” tariff for 2021 (previously – 16%);<\/p>\n

3) for producers producing electricity from hydropower<\/b> – an amount equal to 35%<\/b> of the weighted average size of the “green” tariff for 2021;<\/p>\n

4) for producers producing electricity from biogas<\/b> – an amount equal to 40%<\/b> of the weighted average size of the “green” tariff for 2021;<\/p>\n

5) for producers producing electricity from biomass <\/b>– an amount equal to 75%<\/b> of the weighted average size of the “green” tariff for 2021 (previously – 60%).<\/p>\n

?The Ministry of Energy also adds that if there is a balance of funds remaining in the current account after the previous distribution indicators, it will be distributed and sent to producers in proportion to the amount of charges for the producer, but not more than the cost of marketable products of the settlement period, calculated at the “green” tariff for such a producer.<\/p>\n
