{"id":28624,"date":"2022-08-16T11:08:06","date_gmt":"2022-08-16T08:08:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euea-energyagency.org\/?p=28624"},"modified":"2022-08-16T11:08:06","modified_gmt":"2022-08-16T08:08:06","slug":"associations-appeal-regarding-the-threat-of-bankruptcy-of-the-res-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euea-energyagency.org\/en\/news\/market-news\/associations-appeal-regarding-the-threat-of-bankruptcy-of-the-res-sector\/","title":{"rendered":"Associations appeal regarding the threat of bankruptcy of the RES sector"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On August 11, 2022, the leading RES associations in Ukraine: EUEA, UWEA, UARE, ASEU, sent a joint letter to the President of Ukraine, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Minister of Energy of Ukraine and the Chairman of the NEURC regarding the threat of bankruptcy of the most transparent and investment-friendly attractive RES in the energy industry of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The letter in English: <a href=\"https:\/\/euea-energyagency.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/4-Association-Letter-2022-08-11-Eng.pdf\">4 Association Letter 2022 08 11 Eng<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the letter, the Associations noted the level of settlements with the RES sector and the adopted orders (No. 140 dated 28.03.2022, No. 206 dated 15.06.2022), which artificially limited the level of payments to RES producers, as a result, the industry was on the verge of default.
