It is essential that all new buildings meet energy efficiency requirements, which will not only reduce energy consumption but also ensure sustainability in construction.<\/p>\n<p>The SMARTER4EU project aims to promote \u00abgreen\u00bb mortgages in Ukraine and develop green building certification across Europe. This will enable banks to offer favorable terms for those building or purchasing eco-friendly housing, and help stimulate the construction of energy-efficient homes.<\/p>\n<p>We invite you to listen to the podcast, where we discuss these important topics in more detail and their impact on Ukrainian society.<\/p>\n<p>The podcast is recorded in English.
