Vitaliy Poplavskiy leads the Professional Air Conditioning department at Panasonic in Ukraine. His expertise is focused on the implementation of high-efficiency solutions: VRF systems, multi-split and semi-industrial air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ventilation systems. The primary goal of his activities is to enhance energy efficiency and energy saving as key factors for Ukraine's energy independence and adaptability. From 2019 to 2023, Vitaliy served as the Director of Panasonic Caucasus, overseeing the markets of Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan. In this position, he ensured qualitative growth in sales volumes and significantly increased market share through the expansion of a strategic partner network in the retail sector. A special place in his professional career is held by cooperation with international institutions for the implementation of socially significant and infrastructural projects: JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency): With the participation of Vitaliy Poplavskiy, projects for the installation of modern heat pumps in kindergartens were successfully implemented. Additionally, three training centers were established at vocational education institutions to train specialists in the installation of energy- efficient climate equipment. UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organization): Currently, work is ongoing on the project "Decentralization of the Regional Heating System," which aims to modernize heat supply and reduce the energy dependency of regions. Vitaliy has 20 years of management experience in the field of energy-efficient technologies . His professional path combines a deep understanding of technological processes with strategic management skills.
