The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) recognized “Energoinvest Holding” (Donetsk) to be a winner of the privatization tender for sale of 60.773% state-owned shares of “Donbasenergo.”
As UNIAN reported earlier, there only two companies to participate in the privatization tender assigned on August 21 by the State Property Fund.
According to the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market electronic system of information disclosure, the owner of “Energoinvest Holding” is company named Energoinvest Holding BV (Amsterdam, Netherlands). The data included the specialization field: “non-specialized wholesale trade, retail trade in non-specialized stores, the conducting holding companies activities”. The authorized capital of the company is UAH 150 million. The Company was registered on June 20 this year; previously (before August 8 this year) it was owned by Krasnolymanska Ltd. Media is persuaded that Igor Humeniuk, a Party of Regions deputy is founder of the mentioned company.
The second bidder was TehNova Group (Kiev) that currently manages three thermal power stations in Cherkassy, Chernigov and Sumy.
