EUEA attended roundtable on “Improving the regulatory framework for ESCO implementation mechanism in public institutions”, organized by the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Communal Services together with the EBRD in Ukraine on October 15, 2013.

During the meeting the areas of regulatory reform aimed at creating a favorable legal framework for investment in projects thermo public sector in Ukraine were discussed at the meeting. The reform should be implemented in the pursuance of paragraph 163 of the National Action Plan for 2013, “The reform of housing and communal services” section.
