National Commission for the State Regulation of Energy announced that due to the decision of lowering the threshold levels of gas prices for institutions and organizations, financed from the state and local budgets, and for industrial customers and other economic entities the Commission down warded tariffs for heat production for 48 companies engaged in the combined production of electricity and thermal energy.

Also, due to lower gas prices NERC also reduced tariffs for electricity by 33 CHP engaged in the sale on Wholesale Electricity Market of Ukraine.

Note that in future NERC will quarterly recalculate the tariff rates for manufacturers of electrical and thermal energy according to the lower threshold levels of gas prices and transportation tariffs.
