E5P Foundation is to Finance More EE Projects in Ukraine

newsEastern European Partnership on Energy and Environment (E5P) Foundation plans to sign two contracts for energy efficiency projects implementation in Ukraine by the end of August 2013.

This was announced during the press conference presenting the European Sustainable Energy Week by Anders Lund, Head of E5P.

“We operate for about 20 months in Ukraine. We have already signed 5 contracts and expect two more deals till the end of the summer 2013. From an economic prospective, these five projects will help to save 15 million euros annually,” – he said, not specifying the essence of new projects.

Anders Lund reported that as of today, Ukraine has already received 10 million euros from the Fund.
