In March 2023, the SE “Guaranteed Buyer” (GB) made payments to RES producers at a level of 49.9% under the “feed-in” tariff. The total settlements percentage for the three months of 2023 is 63.4%, with UAH 5.1 billion already transferred under the tariff. As of April 04, 2023, the debt of NPC “Ukrenergo” to GB increased by 10% in a month and stands at UAH 15.3 billion. 

Also, in March 2023, Ukraine reduced its electricity imports by 95% compared to the previous month, with only 7,000 MWh imported.
