Communities and Ukrainian cities! Take part in the survey and win prizes!
The European-Ukrainian Energy Agency, together with the Association “Energy Efficient Cities of Ukraine”, is conducting a community survey as part of the 16th European-Ukrainian Energy Day. Together with you, we aim to identify the priorities and current needs of communities, which can then be communicated to international partners. Specific requests for support will increase the chances of communities receiving financial assistance.
The deadline for submitting responses is 21 November 2025.
Terms and conditions:
- To participate in the survey and subsequent prize draw, you must answer the questions in the form at the link.
- Responses to questions will be accepted from a representative of the executive authority of the community/city at a level not lower than the deputy mayor or head of the relevant department (international cooperation, economy, etc.). If two or more people from the community respond, the responses of the representative with the higher position will be used for analysis.
- Clearly superficial (ill-considered and poorly thought-out) answers will be removed from the analysis and prize draw.
- Answers to questions will be confidential, and survey results will be presented in summary form.
- Seven prizes will be raffled off among the communities participating in the survey:
1. Free Energy Audit from iC consulenten for budget buildings (schools, kindergartens, municipal clinics, etc.). Given the security situation, the facility where the free energy audit will be conducted must be located no closer than 50 km from the combat zone. The Energy Audit will be carried out in the first quarter of 2026.
2. Three communities – from Panasonic: development of a concept for building heating systems based on alternative heat generation sources using heat pumps.
This proposal includes:
- surveying the facility to determine the feasibility of installing heat pump equipment in public sector buildings;
- development of a technical concept for a heating system, provided that the building is pre-insulated.
If the communities that win this prize already have plans to install heat pumps, Panasonic will be able to offer the best technical options and price quotes for their implementation.
3. Three communities received Panasonic F-GPT01RKF portable air purifiers with Nanoe™️ X technology, designed to protect against viruses, germs and bacteria, including coronavirus and influenza.
6. Prizes will be raffled off in a lottery format by random selection during the 16th European-Ukrainian Energy Day in Kyiv on 26 November 2025. You can participate online or offline by registering at the link.
The event programme is available at the link.
7. The only condition for participation in the prize draw is to complete the questionnaire. Attendance at the 16th European-Ukrainian Energy Day is not mandatory.
