Conditions

Membership in the EUEA is international and open to any public or private legal entity.

The annual membership fee is:

  • 3,000 euros for larger members with more than 25 MW of wind, solar, biomass, or small hydroelectric power plants operating in Ukraine, or more than 50 full-time employees in Ukraine.
  • 2000 euros for everyone else.

There is a one-time admission fee of €300 for new members of the Association.

The EUEA offers Full Membership in accordance with the fees described above, and Honorary Membership.

Full Members are companies that pay membership fees. They have voting rights and enjoy all the benefits of EUEA membership.

Honorary Members do not pay membership fees. These may be state or local authorities or non-governmental organisations. Honorary Members have the right to actively participate in certain EUEA events, but only have a consultative vote, which is accepted as advice and is not binding on the Association.

Potential EUEA Members must work in the energy sector and share the EUEA’s mission, as stated in the FAQs and in more detail in the Association’s Statutes.

The decision to grant Full or Honorary Membership is made by the Board by a simple majority vote based on the information provided in the registration form. Thus, Membership in the EUEA becomes effective after the relevant decision of the Board, which is usually made within two working days after receiving the completed form.
