EUEA together with the leading associations of the RES sector (UARE, UWEA) sent a letter to the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Galushchenko on a joint meeting and discussion of a number of issues, namely:

risks of possible introduction of excise duty in the amount of 3.2% on electricity generated by wind and solar power plants;

new model of PSO for the population;

violation of the Memorandum, including issues of ensuring full current payments;

update of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine, in particular, the issue of balancing capacities and RES.
