The General Meeting is a yearly gathering of EUEA members during which all affairs concerning the Association are decided upon and its strategic direction for the coming year is determined.

The General Meeting is also responsible for:

  • the election of the Board, Chairman and Vice-chairman
  • the adoption of the budget

The Board is the main managing body of the Association and is elected once per year during the General Meeting by Regular Members (i.e.: Members with voting rights).

The Board represents EUEA interests in relation to its associated international organizations and public institutions, as well as with Ukrainian and foreign legal entities.

Mats Lundin

Mats Lundin is a Vice President Business Development NBT and Director Celynx AG (family investment company in real estate, wind power and electrical charging networks).

Mats has been active in the energy and renewables sector for over 25 years. Starting out in ABB Group’s Energy Ventures he moved into wind power as an investor and advisor focusing on non-recourse financing and project development. He established Ukraine’s second largest wind power IPP with more than 200 MW wind power in operation. In the past years, he has advised companies such as Scatec Solar and ABB concerning acquisitions in the renewable energy sector. Presently, he is the CFO for the Swiss wind and solar power plant developer and operator Fu Gen AG. Fu Gen AG has closed some of the longest term non recourse debts in the Swedish merchant wind power market.

Elena Rybak

Olena Rybak has been the Executive Director of the Austrian engineering consultancy company iC consulenten (part of the iC group) in Ukraine since 2013. The company operates in various infrastructure sectors but primarily focuses on engineering services for internationally financed projects in Ukraine, with a particular emphasis on sustainable development, renewable energy, energy efficiency, transport, and municipal infrastructure.Key areas of activity include infrastructure rehabilitation, thermal modernization of municipal buildings, housing construction, green building certification, renewable energy, hazardous waste management, and construction supervision of bridges and roads. From 2009 to 2013, Olena served as the Executive Director of the European-Ukrainian Energy Agency (EUEA). Since 2013, she has been a member of the EUEA Board and continues her dedicated efforts to promote investment in Ukraine’s energy and sustainability sectors. Olena currently co-chairs the Energy Efficiency & Sustainable Reconstruction working group and hosts the video podcast EUEA.Dialogues. Ms. Rybak holds a Professional MBA in Energy Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Executive Academy) and a degree in Business Administration from the International Christian University in Kyiv.

Alina Sviderska

Scatec Ukraine

Alina Sviderska, CEO of Scatec in Ukraine. Ms. Swiderska graduateв from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and the University of Cambridge and has ten years of experience in the energy sector. Adrien Fouchet is the co-founder and CEO of GREENFUTURE ENERGY. He graduate from the National Engineering  School of Tarbes (Ecole Nationale d’Ingenieur de Tarbes). Adrien has been active since 2006 in the development , finance and construction of renewable energies projects in various countries with a focus on France, Poland and Ukraine. Adrien worked 7 years for the wind turbine manufacturer Nordex on the French and Polish market. He then moved to Ukraine to develop wind and solar projects for Beten International. For 8 years, he led the Eurocape’s wind development activities in Poland and Ukraine.

Anzhelika Livitska

Anzhelika is the co-head of Real Estate and Construction practice, Head of the Energy and Natural Resources, as well as Environmental and Sustainable Development practices at ARZINGER law firm. She has more than 25 years of experience in these areas. Anzhelika’s experience includes advising on major real estate, construction and infrastructure projects involving national and international public and private companies (including wind parks and solar parks), advising international companies on mining regulation, obtaining all necessary environmental permits; advising on gas supply at regulated and unregulated tariffs, analyzing joint venture agreements on mining, etc.

Anastasiia Vereshchynska 

Director of the European-Ukrainian Energy Agency

Anastasiia is a qualified sustainability, energy and climate policy expert. She holds a law degree and has rich and diverse professional experience. Her most recent position was Partnership Manager at the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation, leading donor relations for charitable solar projects in Ukrainian schools and hospitals and advocating for sustainable reconstruction.

Anastasiia has an extensive background as an expert and policy consultant in a number of Ukrainian and international think tanks, such as Berlin Economics, WiseEurope and DiXi Group, as well as experience working in the Ukrainian Parliament and at the EY international consulting company.

Her solid experience, including her contribution to green recovery initiatives, endow her with a deep understanding of the nature of stakeholders and decision-makers in and out of Ukraine, as well as empowers her with the ability to lead the EUEA community towards the common mission of achieving a sustainable energy future for Ukraine.
