Embassy of France in Ukraine and European-Ukrainian Energy Agency present the first results of the project held by Beten International that developed feasibility study (FS) to improve energy efficiency for the objects of high social importance in
- Kharkiv – reconstruction of pump station
- Rivne – modernization of the children hospital building
- Berdichev (Zhytomyr region) – installation of biomass boiler
- Ladyzhyn (Vinnytsia region) – modernization of the school building

“Feasibility study is the first step towards the implementation of the project, a key factor in obtaining finance. We, once again, faced children hospital in almost abandoned state in Rivne; where basic modernization can save up to 60% of energy consumption without sacrificing comfort”- shares Alexander Vangeli, Deputy Director Beten International on the first results of the project.
Also, Nikolay Dubyna, General Director of Slavuta Malt House (Soufflet), presented success story of energy efficient remake at their factory. Sergey Maslichenko, Senior Manager at EBRD greeted presented feasibility studies saying “All presented projects are commercially viable thus they are out of EBRD target applications”.
