Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Association “Ukrainian Union of Manufacturers of building materials and products”, supported by the EUEA Energy Efficiency Working Group will hold the conference on “Promotion Measures towards State Economic Development Program for 2013-2014, Ensuring Substitution of Imported Goods and Energy Efficiency within Buildings, Industrial and Communal Sectors.”

The conference will include discussions on the Program, presentation of “full cycle energy-saving” services, funding mechanisms for energy saving projects, Latvian experience in energy efficient building construction.
