The revision of Ministry’s tender contracts and related materials for the purchase of goods and services totaling UAH 1.1 billion showed that the overpayment amount was UAH ​​230 million.

The Ministry noted that the main reason for such a huge amount of overpayment for procurement of services is caused by purchasing form the intermediary companies not from manufacturers and suppliers of goods. Therefore it was decided not to accept tender offers from the intermediaries to serve the businesses that are under the management of Ministry of Energy.
