According to Resolution № 1648 “On Approval of the Maximum Regulatory Gas Price for Industrial Consumers & Other Enterprises” adopted by the National Energy Regulation Committee (NERC) on 29 September 2011 the Limiting Gas Price for industrial consumers and other enterprises is changed from 3023,50 UAH/1000cm to 3382,00 UAH/1000cm excluding gas tax and VAT. The amended price becomes effective starting from 1st October 2011.
