«Ukrenergo» places 5-year “green” Eurobonds for USD 825 million at 6.875%, Interfax reports.
The placement is organized by BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Ukreximbank.
It will be recalled that in October, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine provided Ukrenergo with state guarantees of up to UAH 22.8 billion ($ 865 million at the exchange rate at the time of the resolution) to issue Eurobonds to repay debts for electricity produced from renewable energy sources (RES).
