The target of this forum was to have a rational debate on 20-20-20 strategy in Latvia and to outline new financial perspectives in order to reach the goals.

For EUEA participation in the forum was important while the situation of energy efficiency in Ukraine and Latvia are similar, and her presentation Elena Rybak briefed participants about the latest trends and policies in Ukraine aimed at implementation of EE projects.
