Mr. Markian Malsky, the head of western Ukrainian office of Arzinger law firm, participated in the IV International ecology forum “Energy saving. Alternative and renewable energy. Utilities. Waste treatment”, which was held on the 24-26th of February in Lviv.

In his speech “Legislation initiative – initial steps”, prepared with European-Ukrainian Energy Agency Mr.Malsky touched upon the issues of green tariffs, potential of biomass, energy saving in buildings, district heating as well as shared his views about the need in new Energy Strategy for Ukraine.
