Mr. Barbosa shared the EU experience during his speech, and presented EUEA position paper “10 Golden ideas for energy efficiency improvement in buildings”. Position paper outlines set of steps needed to be taken in Ukraine as the basis, in order for the market to develop. EUEA will further create a working group for implementation of “10 Golden ideas”.
