Filasa International is an international renewable energy group focused on development and investment of wind farms through its Eastern European subsidiaries. Filasa’s network of offices are located in the following countries: France, Romania and Ukraine. Filasa France was founded in 2007, since 2008 operates in the Romanian market, and since 2009 – in the Ukrainian market.

Filasa’s wind energy development projects comprise a portfolio in excess of 3,150 MW: 41 wind farms with capacity of 2,010 MW in Romania, 5 wind farms with capacity of 1,100 MW in Ukraine, 3 wind farms with capacity of 62 MW in France.
Filasa’s Ukrainian offices currently employ about 50 people. During the period 2009-2012 Filasa has built a strong deal team gathering leading specialists and bringing together key skills for the successful development of the wind park projects. Filasa Ukraine works with international and local consultants, including: wind experts, project design institutes, geology organizations, land allocation experts, ornithological and ecological experts, carbon credit registration specialists etc.
