Being informational and Communicational Partner of the event EUEA is glad to invite you to participate in Energy Efficiency Indicators and Policy Prioritisation Training.

The International Energy Agency (IEA) in collaboration with the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine (SAEE) will hold a 2-day training session aiming to reinforce the capacity of government and industry stakeholders in Ukraine to identify and implement energy efficiency opportunities across the different sectors of the national economy.

The IEA will explain and demonstrate its methodologies and tools for developing indicators that help to prioritise the most relevant and impactful energy efficiency policy measures. Key to this process is the availability of high-quality energy data, as well as sound analytical approaches for assessing and comparing a range of options and scenarios.

The training will draw on the latest IEA research and analysis including recent IEA publications: “Energy Efficiency Indicators: Essentials for Policy Making” and its companion “Energy Efficiency Indicators: Fundamentals on Statistics”. It will also feature sessions on policy prioritisation based on the IEA’s international best practice policy recommendations.
