PFAN is a global network of climate and clean energy financing experts, which offers free business coaching and investment facilitation to entrepreneurs (developers) developing climate and clean energy projects in developing countries.

PFAN objectives are: 

• to bridge the investment gap between investors, entrepreneurs and developers of clean energy and climate change projects by facilitating investment into promising clean energy and climate change projects;

• to accelerate technology transfer and diffusion under the UNFCCC;

• reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emission;

• promote low-carbon, sustainable economic development;

• to help facilitate the transition to a low-carbon economy by increasing and mainstreaming private sector financing opportunities for promising clean energy and climate change projects.
