Within this series of talks among industry professionals EUEA will try to define and calculate the risks faced by developers of renewables in Ukraine, as well as outline a realistic assessment of the investment potential of the industry.
For over a year National Commission for State Energy and Public Utilities Regulation of Ukraine (NCSEPUR) holds a monologue around the effectiveness of “green” tariff as a measure to stimulate the development and promotion of investments into Ukrainian renewable energy, especially foreign investments.
Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine; ensuring competitive conditions for the production of electricity from alternative energy sources”, better known as a “Bill 2010” once again amends the tariff downward, parliamentary hearings are pending.
On April 28, 2015, at 14:00 in Ukrainian House EUEA will hold the first meeting of professional talks that will focus on wind energy – “RES in Ukraine: Risk. Wind Energy”.
