The main topics discussed during the mission were renewable energy and environment, projects in agriculture sector, energy projects in Poltava region and mechanisms of their investments.

Loic Lerminiaux spoke about Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of environment and energy; European programs that facilitate investmentsAccording to Mr. Lerminiaux “Ukraine started 10 large renewable energy projects, with a finance level of 34.785 bln UAH (3076 bln EUR). 50% of those projects are in implementation stage or in preparation stage”.

The participants also had a chance to discuss important questions during the meeting in Poltavateploenergo and University of Poltava – Department of Ecology, Technical University, and Agrarian Academy. The closing part of the mission was the visit to company Poltavavodokanal .
