Elementum Energy has recently completed the transaction on the buy-out of the minority stake from its partner Volterra Energy Group. As a result, Elementum Energy took full control over the companies that operate more than 140 MW renewable energy plants in Ukraine.

The ten solar plants, ranging in capacity from 10 MW to 20 MW, are located in the sunny areas of Kirovohgrad, Mykolayiv and Poltava Oblasts. Built from the equipment supplied from the top-tier producers, all power plants were put online in 2019.

Volterra energy group is a renewable energy development and investment management group focusing in solar, wind, small hydro, energy storages, and waste-to-energy technologies.
