ABB launches the world’s first digitally integrated power transformer. The ABB AbilityTM Power Transformer, unveiled at the 2018 Hanover Fair, in Germany, will be the world’s first integrated solution for digitally enabled power transformers, fundamentally changing the transformer paradigm. All power transformers leaving ABB factories will soon come enabled with digital capabilities, enabling remote monitoring and data analytics of its vital parameters in real time. Vestas Receives & Confirms 598 Megawatts Of End-Of-Quarter Turbine Orders. DTEK starts construction of the largest solar power plant in Ukraine. DTEK and China Machinery Engineering Company (CMEC) signed the agreement for design and construction of the solar power plant (SPP) with the capacity of 200MW in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Once the construction is completed, the Nikopolska SPP will become the largest solar power plant in Ukraine and enter the TOP 3 of largest power plants in Europe.More….
iC consulenten Ukraine for the first time joined the awarding of winners of the second stage of All-Ukrainian Students Olympiad on “Energy Management”. 40 students from 13 leading technical universities from different parts of Ukraine took part in the Olympiad. All participants demonstrated high level of competence in the field of electric engineering, heat power engineering and energy saving, ability to seek unconventional approach within tasks. Students of Igor Sikorski KPI, National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute, Odessa National Polytechnic University, Sumy State University and National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute” became the winners.
