  • Have a high voltage working permit in Ukraine Standards
  • Good knowledge of electrical Works.
  • Good knowledge of Office programs and report writing.
  • Have experience in maintenance and operating. (2 years +)
  • Have a practical experience in diagnostics of plant processes.
  • Familiar with electrical equipment.
  • Able to understand and analyze electrical drawings, datasheets, and technical specs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of transformers, AC systems, and DC systems such as solar system components. Able to repair and analyze possible electrical failures and breakdowns in these systems.
  • Practical experience with LV and MV Switchgear/Controlgear and able to repair any breakdowns in these systems.
  • Makes the necessary controls for the completion of the work performed in accordance with the job requirements.
  • Able to use related measuring, testing, and repair tools.
  • Provide support for panel washing, grass cutting, and pest spraying.
  • Strong safety awareness.
  • Have a driver’s license.


  • To be responsible for the technical issue of both solar power plants.
  • To provide support to the technician personnel of both solar power plants.
  • To share the information received from Director with the technician personnel and follow Director’s orders.
  • To prepare technician personnel shifts and leave days.
  • To follow all maintenance process activities in the enterprise without compromising Occupational Health and Safety principles, to remind the center of maintenance times when necessary and to support coordination, to inspect contractors during activities, and to report by ensuring that the activities are carried out correctly and in accordance with the standards.
  • To apply the procedure and method instructions that determine the activities that will detect the problems that may occur in advance and to report the findings.
  • To monitor the value and performance of plants and equipments through remote monitoring and control systems (SCADA).
  • To determine the most appropriate method for eliminating malfunctions or unplanned maintenance requirements detected through SCADA or in the field.
  • To provide routine controls of Panel, Inverter, MV Cells, and Transformers as specified in the maintenance plan (Procedure).
  • To ensure that the maneuvers required in the system are carried out in accordance with the OHS legislation.
  • To ensure and report the implementation of necessary maintenance and improvement activities that will reduce maintenance costs.
  • To send daily, weekly and monthly production and progress reports to the project management (Center).
  • To follow up on the processes with local Energy Distribution companies.
  • To ensure compliance and supervision of the entire facility equipment and system with the operating regulations.
